Completely unprofessional unfortunately, would not recommend at all— Im having to start getting others involved because of the lack of professionalism on the "comapnys" behalf. I was lied to by "Cassandra" fyi. Be wise you all! She made a mistake & submitted my taxes late, and Im having to pay although she said she would take responsibility. Just be careful, you all! Its been months!

My family and I has been with her for a very long timeCJ is like family now lol. Her fee is reasonable, her process is quick and straightforward. I just upload my files and she will reach out to make sure everything is accurate, makes sure you didn’t miss anything and answer any questions you may have. You can also reach out to her at anytime of the year if you need help with anything tax related. Cassandra always send an email throughout the year with updates regarding tax information. She provides resources in her newsletters and send out holiday cards and a calendar every new year which I thought was really cute and comes in handy for me . I just love using her services.
