The team is very unprofessional everyone using earphones. They don’t communicate with you at all, just make you wait for hours. Very unsatisfactory poor service.

Disappointing experience. I sent my papers via email on Feb. 28 - I received an acknowledgement email afterwards and was told to wait 4-7 days and I shall be receiving a phone call. After 7 days - no phone call, I called on the 7th day to follow up, again they said I shall receive a call. March 8 - I got a call and was asked several information. Then said to wait again. I called and emailed in between. March 18, I called again to find out what is going on. They said it's ready for Ms. Daisy to review and asked that I call after 8pm that day. Which I did, 8:15 pm, I was told to call at 9:10 pm which I did. At 9:15 I was told to call at 10:00 pm which I did, I was put on hold and finally at 10:30 pm I was able to get a hold of Ms. Daisy. I was told to wait for an email for the papers. Guess what? of course I have to call to follow up on the email. If you my patience, go ahead and work with them.

Thank you Daisy!!! I was going through financial hardship due to needing to support extended family that was hit particularly hard during 2020 (Covid). I was able to pull from my 401k due to the CARES Act. What I didnt realize is the taxation of that. I had been filing my taxes on my own using online software successfully for years. There was no prompt in the wizard to provide guidance regarding proper notice/filing of my withdrawal. Long story short, I was hit with a MAJOR tax bill with penalties a year later. Fortunately, a friend of mine referred me to Daisy. She helped me amend my original filing and smoothed everything out!! She was responsive, thorough, and demonstrated her clear expertise in this arena. I am SO grateful. No more self preparation for me!!

I found this firm about 4 years ago on google. I am truly content with everyone’s service. I have to say that Daisy’s work is outstanding. It’s how she does her job and the time she takes to thoroughly go through it with you. She’s a very approachable and welcoming person if you have any questions about your taxes you won’t leave without one unanswered. 5 star deservedly rewarded!
