I had a disappointing experience with Alex at Top Tax & Accounting LLC. From the very beginning, his approach was unprofessional and rude. I always give people a fair chance, but unfortunately, Alex did not meet even the most basic standards of respectful customer service. His behavior felt dismissive and disrespectful, making it hard to trust him with any business matters. For me, great customer service is more important than anything else, even above the quality of service, and sadly, Alex did not deliver on either front. It’s essential to have a professional who is not only skilled but also treats clients with care and respect, someone who understands the importance of building trust and showing compassion towards both clients and their families. Given my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend him or his business to anyone. If you value professionalism, reliability, and a customer-first approach, I suggest looking elsewhere. There are plenty of professionals who genuinely care about their clients and offer both quality service and respectful interactions. Save yourself the trouble and find someone who aligns with these values.

First I just wanna say that was I having a lot of problem finding the right person to do my tax. And then I mate this gay name called Alex. Very professional, outstanding customer service and did my tax. Even though I have a problem with my tax he find way to help me and make me earn more than what I expected. For me Top Tax got my respect and lifetime customer. Thank you so much Alex. Done

Alex is amazing and completely trustworthy. He has been doing my taxes for years and after seeing several different tax accountants through my life I can say he is stuck with me. During tax season it’s mostly just walk I and the wait isn’t very long. Go to him and he can help.
