Don't do it, do not go with these people, no loyalty, no concern, no feelings. I was dealing with Trevor, everybody there promised a call back, some two or three times. After months of believing them. They told there secretary to tell me that I didn't leave my paperwork, I asked them for the notes that he took in our hour long meeting. He said I took the notes (Not). That was a week before the tax deadline. It is now the middle of September, they even said they filed an extension

We have gone to ray for years and years, we had an unexpected life event happen and it turned our world upside down. Knowing ray I thought he would BE THERE for us as he said he would and help us through this tragedy after all the trust my parents put into him and "trusted" him. Ray did the most unexpected thing i would've never thought he would be capable of and we will NEVER return back to him and I will not recommend him to others I am very disappointed and hurt i never thought ray would be the one to hurt our family, we thought we could trust him. Definitely don't recommend

We used their services (not Ray) for several years personally before starting a business. However, after having our business taxes done there for a few years, we went to another accountant who found MULTIPLE mistakes and we had to file amended tax returns for the last couple of years... these were common things that should not have been missed. It has cost us thousands in CPA costs along with added taxes due. This has been a very frustrating time for us as we thought we were in good hands for our business taxes.

Weve been going there for years. They do a great job! Its really worth the price having a talented tax individual help you with your taxes. Even if its just basic tax preparation. But they can help you with business taxes as well!
