As an active client, it took 6+ weeks to get a response from them after multiple calls and emails. they finally responded saying if I didnt like that I could go somewhere else. I would not recommend this place as a new client.

We have been working with Platform Tax for the past 5 years. Tax season is not something we worry too much about because of their amazing team and thorough service. Our taxes are somewhat complicated with our combination of business ownership and employment from out of state employers. I also have Platform Tax take care of my company's payroll. Through all of these items, their team is always helpful, concise, and happy to answer our many questions. We continue to work with them year after year and recommend them to our friends and colleagues, often!

Personal swore at me when I inquired about doing my taxes. Would not add information to make taxes correctly which would have cause me fines and penalties. Do not recommend. Negative Quality, Professionalism, Value
