Ive been with Mazuma for many years and for the most part, I havent topo many issues. They are or less a good fit for business that dont have any complex accounting issues or taxes. If you do have questions, you have to make an appointment and that could take up to 30 days to talk to someone. For two years in a row, Ive had to file extensions on my tax returns because they didnt finish them in time. I like to have everything done by April 15th so its slightly annoying. If need bare bones accounting and taxes, they will be a perfect fit for you.

Price has doubled from when i started using Vyde due to too many transactions. I would appreciate if the price stayed the same as when I started. I will continue to use for my 2024 taxes. Not sure if I will continue using after.

I have worked with Vyde for about 2 years. PROS: -Friendly tax and bookkeepers. -Very knowledgeable. -Great for medium to large businesses. -Affordable. Cons: -Only do business book keeping not personal bookkeeping. -Only 30 minute phone sessions which is okay just annoying when you first start with a lot of questions. -computer interface is glitchy. -They dont investigate other tax problems too well. -Like all tax places they are very busy -Have a recording system for their phones that makes it hard to hear them. -If you decide to upload your estimated taxes through out the year in the portal they will still ask you How much in estimated taxes have you paid this year? at the end

I nothing but good things to say about Mazuma. They have handled my personal and business taxes for about three years now. It’s a no brainer when you can write off the services..
