If anyone is dealing with or has dealt with immigration, then you KNOW how estressful and discouraging the entire process can be! Definitely not easy. I went in a couple years ago to see how I can move forward with my Mother's legal status. Ramiro took over our case and he has been a blessing to us! He had no idea where or who started the process but he has definitely taken over like a true professional! He's also a funny guy! Very charismatic. Being a sensitive situation, he brings logic and real solutions. He takes the time to walk us through all the required applications and explains in precise detail so that we can leave in peace and makes sure we really understand what is happening. He is knowledgeable and goes out of his way to address every question, concern and comments to help us in every way possible! I never feel like we bother. He's always available for us. We feel comfortable being transparent and he is understanding. I recommend him and the entire staff at this office. I can assure ALL services provided here will be taken care of with true preffesionalism and respect. Thank you Ramiro! You been great to work with!

Used them for my taxes for the last 6 years, and have always loved Carlos' quality of service. Even when I got audited, he helped me through the process.
