Donna filed my tax return without having received my authorization, after dragging it out over several months with very little communication. Absolutely unprofessional.

I was on a very short time line to close on my house. I unexpectedly had three days to do my taxes. So that I could close on time. Donna made it happen. She squeezed me in and made sure taxes were filed in time.
