Not a good experience. After this experience, would never engage in doing business with them. 1) They were unprofessional in scheduling an the appt. which transitioned over a period of several months after I had initially contacted them and given up. 2) Via text messaging, I was very explicit on my concerns and being assured that I would be talking with an EXPERT who would be able to address my 2-questions, if I scheduled the “free consultation”. Instead a customer service person called and explained their pricing for actual consultation info and doing basic tax’s for annual fee of $1500.00. I resented the game they played and total waste of both our time. Fortunately, the customer service rep did put me on hold, and did provide some input after I protested about the ruse. (They definitely need to stop misinformation regarding “free consultations” and focus on a better business model to engage new potential clients.)

One good idea and mostly generic tax strategies. The generic strategies are bundled in to make the projected tax savings look better. This makes the guarantee they offer significantly worth less. Your local tax accountant can provide more personalized help for the $10K that Tax Hive offers.

I had the pleasure of working with Summer Grotegut today. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. I am not the greatest when it comes to computer tech. Summer was so patient and she was able to walk me through step by step during the onboarding. Tax Hive has been a great company to work with and they have wonderful and dedicated employees like Summer!
