Jeff McCarty has done a wonderful job at doing my taxes. He is very knowledgeable, and if he does not know something, he has looked it up and learned what to do. I am impressed with his desire to help others and he tries to keep clients by helping them get the correct and no less of a refund. He won't take advantage of you and has been trustworthy in keeping the tax laws for the good side of things. He looks at it from the point of the client and how he can keep the laws and benefit the client correctly without crossing lines that would cause problems in the future. I think it could be improved with the timely communication and getting back to people sooner through calls or emails. The front desk attendant is very kind and they have been positive. They have always known the current tax laws better than my last accountant, I believe. I also think it may help to continually educated a little more in other areas than just taxes. It would gain more of my trust to hear business advice as well. They fit people in timely and I have never had a problem with customer service and they are friendly.
