I’ve had a very bad experience with an accountant in the past, and Jared has been so amazing at not only fixing their mistakes, but being open with me about our business books. I appreciate that he doesn’t try to educate me on every little thing and that he is thorough and affordable. It’s nice to pass this piece of my business into capable hands!!

The people at Pinnacle were stingy with information and were unable to find credits for my schooling. They also quoted one price and then charged another when the docutments were completed. I went on to Turbo Tax to verify my refund and Turbo Tax found a $2500 tax credit that PInnacle was unable to find, even after being asked to take a second look at my taxes. Pinnacle is overrated, overpriced and under performs.

Pinnacle is great! One year we used at home software to do our taxes and owed a discouraging amount of taxes. We took them to Jared at Pinnacle for a second look and he saved us about $6,000. They prepare taxes at a very reasonable rate and they are always happy to answer tax questions. They get work returned quickly. I refer all my clients to them. Not sure where their one star review came from. ??

I don't know why the other person gave them 1 star. My husband and I have been using them for years and every time we've been amazed at how much they save us! We've worked with Cameron and Jared and they are excellent. They are a must for us during tax season!
