DO NOT do your taxes with this business. Jaunett did my taxes for the previous 2 years. After going through a divorce, I called her in February to do my taxes. She promised to represent me and do my taxes. 2 weeks later, I texted her to get an update and she texted me back saying she's changed her mind and is doing my ex wife's taxes instead. I found out it was because my ex wife called her and told her a bunch of lies and false allegations that made her change her mind. Jaunett is unprofessional, biased, and I do not recommend her to anyone.

100% the most knowledgeable firm I’ve ever worked with. You can tell they are hungry for knowledge about anything and everything that involves mastering their craft and staying ahead of potential problems. This also means they are very creative in helping clients navigate the confusing world of tax. It’s a very comforting feeling knowing someone like that is in your corner!

Wow what a great looking crew! Juanett and Donna do my accounting and payroll and they are excellent. They have saved me a lot of headache and money over the years. They provide a personalized service and are always there for me to take my calls and answer my questions. Call them or stop by and check out their new space.

I was fortunate to find Jaunett with Custom Payroll & Accounting years ago when trying to first file taxes with my small business. She has a great way of taking the stress out of books and taxes. No matter how stressed or how full my head is with questions walking into Jaunett's office, I always leave confident and relieved.
