My experiences with Child Richards CPAs have always been positive. They are always friendly and listen. Once more they are always on time. I have never had to wait when I have had an appointment. The work they do is done timely and right.

My mom has gotten her taxes done here for a couple years now. They treat her like garbage. These people are rude and don’t know what they are doing. They have poor communication within their office because they keep telling her one thing and she will call back and they will tell her something else.

I had heard such wonderful things about this place. I was working with Chandra and she gave me wrong information and then proceeded not to even acknowledge it. It is all captured in email. I tried repeatedly to speak with the owners and others in regards to billing. I paid half of it but I wanted to talk about the rest due to the issues and the tax preparation. They would not talk to me at all and then, even though I'm trying to connect with them to figure this out they sent me to collections. I'm greatly disappointed and shocked considering what I had heard about this place.

Mr Richards has done my taxes for many years. I recommend him highly. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. His staff and office are friendly and efficient. He is friendly and personable and takes the sting out of tax time!

Katie was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to get to know me and take care of my needs for my Taxes. Definitely would recommend them
