We've used High Country and Brady's team for a few years but their service has gotten increasingly bad over the years. We had them do our annual tax returns and they promised 2 weeks turn around. 3 weeks go by and no word from the team. So I follow up to find out what had happened. They made excuses about people being on vacation and leave so they could not get to our returns in time. By the 4th week, I follow up again and they start to respond. There were some mistakes on our returns so we requested to meet (which is included in the tax preparation price) to clarify those mistakes. They said they would charge for those meetings. Then they treat us like we're not worth their time. Overall, a terrible experience with mistakes in their tax preparation, trying to charge us extra on a meeting that we paid for already and not delivering on time as they had promised. I would recommend going elsewhere.

Sadly I have to write a bad review. Found them through a mutual network thinking they’d be great. It’s taken them 8 months to do a “clean up” on maybe 1000 transaction and file my taxes. I have yet to receive any of that. It’s truly laughable. I’ve never met a less organized accounting team. It takes 9 people on their team to file your returns which adds a ton of confusion and miss communication. Very few (if any) are competent. If you do speak up about it they will blame you continuously. Stay away. I promise you you’re doing yourself a favor. The good reviews on here are from their friends from networks. Very few are actually customers.

They made a very stressful tax season simple and painless. They walked us through how to best reduce our taxes and provided options we didn’t know about for the future. Love working with them and having these guys in my corner to always help.

The worst company ever. They don’t call back they don’t communicate. I even reached out to the owner Brady still got nothing. Apparently they are too busy to care about all their customers. I would suggest high country if you don’t like anything to get done or anyone to call you. I would man I brought up my concern to the owner and still got nothing done that says volumes about their customer care.

My husband met them earlier this year in March and our needs have not been met. We have reached out to them a few times and we have not heard from them at all. No communication nor follow ups would not recommend or trust.
