Simply put, beyond awful, stay away. We submitted straightforward tax info to them two months before tax day, and they didn't communicate anything with us until the week taxes were due and we had to talk to five different people, usually through poor email communication to get any help. They did little to help us with our taxes, and our situation got dramatically worse by using Adams and Petersen. I encourage you to seek any and all alternatives to these people. I am a pretty easy going person and I feel completely taken advantage of from them.

I have been getting my taxes done here for 3 years now. Ashley and Thomas are always very quick to respond and very informative with any questions I have!

Worked with them for years, and it kept getting more and more expensive, and they kept making mistakes. This last year (2023) they wanted $1400, even though the nation-wide average is half that. And, after I had to ask them about another mistake they made, one of their partners called me and suggested I find another accountant :rolls-eyes: Don't get me wrong, the staff was nice and professional. But, one thing I expect from an accountant is being accurate and correct, especially for such a high price, and not having to worry that I should double-check what they are doing. I am on the spectrum, so I like to be detail focused. It seems they don't like working with neurodiverse people.

Professional, diligent and quick. I had the pleasure of working with Brandon in March 2022. My partner and I required tax returns that included complicated issues due to living and working overseas. Brandon couldnt have made the process easier. Without him and the companies knowledge and quick turnaround our submission for visas would have been significantly hampered and delayed. If you are looking for a professional outfit that get things done, these are your guys.

I have known Steve Adams for over 25 years and during that time he and his firm have done my personal and business taxes. My businesses have ranged from small startup, to medium sizes software company to a sole proprietorship. As a firm they are timely. professional and forward thinking. I love working with Brandon, Ashley and Alexys (I use first names intentionally given the friendly and collegial nature of the practice). I've had my taxes done with this accounting firm for several years. Gary Petersen is a very honest man and gives great advice on what types of deductions are appropriate vs walking a shady line. Most recently, Nate and Ashley replied quickly, thoroughly and after business hours to provide a detailed answer to a question I had on my final tax documents. Steve Adams does a great job of preparing my tax information year after year. I have been with him for over 20 years and he has assisted me with many very complicated returns for my 3 businesses, 5 sales of recreational properties and my K1 distributions.
