Unresponsive, poor service. Had my taxes done here this year and have had zero communication since. They can't even be bothered to send an email stating that the tax return was accepted let alone respond to any follow up questions I have sent them. I will never use their "services" again and I wouldn't recommend you do either if you appreciate any amount of customer service.

Last year I went to Paramount to get my taxes done and I was pretty stressed about it. Being self employed there's so much to remember and take into account for my taxes. I met with Leo and he took away any stresses I had. Not only did he handle my taxes with expertise but he got me a return as well! This year I didn't have any worries since I knew I'm in good hands with Leo handling my taxes. I can't see myself going anywhere else as long as he's there.

For this tax season, I decided to go to Paramount Tax and work with Leandro. I had a wonderful experience! He was incredibly professional, thorough, and personable.
