This company is rip off's please please stay away. Not sure why you guys are giving them 4 or 5 stars because they are liers and they will take your money and not file your taxes. Found out from the IRS that my husband and I taxes was never filed. Then they had the nerves to tell my husband on a voice-mail that they can't help him, WTH but ya'll didn't file our taxes but you can't help. I truly hope ya'll see this please stay away from here. If ya'll know like me. If I was able to give them 0 stars I would have. Very trash company!

These guys are completely incompetent. If you allow them to do your taxes, beware. Not sure how they’ve received any positive reviews (from family?), but they drop the ball more than any “professional” I’ve ever known. My fault for giving them 5 tries, but would never return for a sixth year. Still trying fix their issues and lack of follow through with the IRS. Thanks for leaving us to clean up your mess!

There is absolutely everything wonderful, personally and professionally, as both pertain to JAT, with both Jeff and Mitch. Thank you!

We use Jeff every year for our business taxes. He is fast, and extremely accurate. We will be life long customers of his! I would highly recommend him to anyone!!!

Very poor experience. They charge a large sum in the beginning without offering any service and also ask for a monthly fee. They never respond or return phone calls and just disappear. The only time they call you is when they want your money. When you try to reach them, it seems you are talking to a wall, the accountant even does not know how to work with Xero. Very un- professional. Extremely poor experience
