I LOVE Seale CPA. I'm sure I am their most high maintenance client ever. But they are always professional and extremely patient me as I grow my accounting acumen. Cheryl Seale provides me with great advice to manage my personal and small business's bookkeeping, minimize my tax exposure, and better understand wealth management issues. The office manager Karin is also a great resource, sending me various reminders throughout the year, processing administrative tasks, etc. and she always has a smile.

o respond. I sent over 6 emails to arrange a meeting with them and all my requests were ignored. Maybe because their close their physical office? Also it took 2 to 3 calls and emails before receiving a response and when you need timely information as a business owner this is very frustrating to have to chase your CPA for information. In addition when they found out that I was looking for alternative place to file our taxes I received angry e-mail from the owner. I think if they care about their client's they should find out how to improve their customer service and keep the customers happy. I have reported them to BBB, and I suggest if you are looking for a good accounting firm to look elsewhere.
