We have been clients of M&M Associates Bookkeeping and Tax Services for over 18 years. Gail Fladda and Carol Fladda have handled bookkeeping and taxes for our business, and have also prepared our personal taxes. They are always prompt and professional with all of our questions and concerns. We have used them for over 35 years. Gayle is great, never had a problem with calling and asking a question. Tax laws change every year, they are always knowledgeable on laws and changes. We have moved since last year, and drove over an hour to go to them for our taxes. Would not consider going to anyone else.

Love this office! I’ve trusted Gail to do our taxes for 13 years and have never thought about going anywhere else. They all make sure they have all of the information, will do what they can to help you as much as they can in your return, while keeping true to the numbers. Running a small business, it’s nice to have people in my corner to make sure I’m covering all of my bases!

DO NOT recommend, this group is lazy and get upset if you have question and/or ask for suggestions. Marty after questioning a depreciating line item, had the nerve to curse at me using the "F Word". This group is extremely unprofessional, quite frankly antisocial and an old school mentality (won't take sit down appointment to address questions and have no out of the box thinking skills to get creative for complex tax returns) they are more order takers, want it all laid out so they can insert numbers into boxes and move along to the next. Gail had the nerve to tell me- that I need to "learn how to run my business better" I am reporting to the BBB and would never use this group again. Not to mention Carol at the front desk is so rude, makes it uncomfortable to even call in with her unprofessional attitude. Horrible customer service, curse at you, DO NOT RECOMMEND

I have been going there for several years, I am very satisfied, I drop off my paper work and they call when they are done. Any thing thats not understood they call and we resolve it over the phone.
