Tons of errors, no communication, unreliable. It took over six months to get our tax return back and then another three months for them to fix all of their mistakes..

Christine Miller is absolutely useless, she's unprofessional, rude, and seems to be unqualified for her position, idk if that's how all the staff is here but if they hired her then I'd question the others here, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and I would give this less than 1 star if Google had it as an option. Take your money and time elsewhere there are plenty of other good company's in Victoria and other places that will do a much better job.
