Have worked with Rexroat for a number of years on a number of ventures as a full service financial firm to advise us on tax strategies, corporate structures and filings, handling our month end financials, bookkeeping and more. We prefer the more personal relationship we have with a smaller firm over using the bigger players where we were treated as just a number.
