The Ray tax group did Absolutely nothing to try to lower my property taxes. I sent them an email after signing up stating that I had a lot of pertinent information that would help my case on lowering my taxes and never heard from them. Then I got a bill from them for $1.38 saying that they saved me $4.65. How pathetic is that? if I could give them less than one star would, do not contact them a total waste of time and energy.
