I don’t have words to appreciate such a great committed staff in this location. They work after 5:00 pm to finish my wife’s pregnancy Medicaid application approval. Their behavior and customer service were great. I can’t put more than 5 🌠. Timeka Kotun TWA 3 and Felicia Hudson Clerk, you are great people. Thank you for serving people properly. ❤️🌹

I called today to make an update and the woman that responded was going to send me to another department which was not the correct one. I told her that I did not call CPS and she got an attitude and told me not to get rude w/her as I attempted to explain things. Then, she proceeded to hang up on me. I called back several times to speak to the right department and she never answered the phone. And to think that our tax dollars are going to this agency so that we can be abused in this manner! This is highly unprofessional!

Ms Bobble Sanford and her program manager refused on age and familial status Ukrainian refugees who are eligible for the Medical benefits until they receive work permits and acquire jobs. The Security guard , R. Williams, harassed and threatened us , but we were only there to conduct business. The TCPD were needlessly summoned by the security guard. A solid F all around for this bunch

As I walked in for the second time, another employee was at the front on her cellphone, I was pointed to where to drop of paperwork, when i stated i would like a copy. Still with phone in hand, she rolled her eyes and said the copy machine is behind that drop box with a very deep sigh. Very unprofessional and during a time like this, made me wonder should I even apply😕

I was in and out in a fair amount of time but when I walked in the lady in the office was on her cell phone talking to whom ever, and when she noticed me ( immediately as I walked in ) she continued on her phone call and even went in to asking what this person what doing for the weekend. I was a little in shock at how rude she was by not acknowledging me for the 3 minutes and I was the only one in line... 😒
