Terrible customer service. I, along with at least ten other people went to the league city office to get car tags Friday afternoon and the office is closed. All of the other county offices were open except these people who are supposedly providing service to tax payers. The covid excuse is long over.

Took off work at noon to transfer a title and register, show up at 1245 and they're closed????? What's up with that, they should have the same 8-5 job as everyone else, would someone please primary Cheryl, it's obvious she doesn't care to straighten this up

I moved to Texas City 10 years ago and done all my vehicle registration and title transfers myself over 20 years and this place is by far the best and fastest place I've been to in over 20 years I promise I'm never in there no more then 15 20 minutes and I'm walking out with my fresh paperwork on my hands guaranteed. The staff there is always helpful with you and your paperwork and will help you correct any mistakes on the spot so you won't have to leave empty handed unlike in Houston they will tell you that you didn't do something right and dismiss you and say next calling on the next person leaving you clueless on what to do next and you will have to go figure out whats wrong on your own but their nothing like that here in Texas City their very helpful and patient as well

Power tripping, unpleasant experience. Told me to call my bank about deceased family member on lien. Bank said no problem, we can send letter saying ok to register vehicle. The tag office told me I had to refinance it. Um, what.

I was there to buy tags was in and out in like 5 minutes. The girl was nice and every helpful.

This place needs to close up and everyone go to another location. This ladies are rude and don't care they obviously hate their jobs. They are outspokenly rude and do not even try to be professional when the boss comes in. She is loud and rude too. I don't know how this behavior is acceptable and it is ongoing been this way for years.
