I've used Fred Flores CPA throughout 2 businesses of mine over the last 20 plus years and have referred many friends and they all love Fred and his expertise. James and Ruby at The Rising Phoenix Vapery.

Beware of Fred Flores ! He is not in business to help you. He is only a CPA to make a fast money with no effort. He cannot be counted on to do anything but take care of himself, at your expense. His actions have put me in jeopardy with the IRS. Stay away from this man. I have received better service by tax preparers at Walmart.

Mr. Flores has been helping me and my family out for years now without any hesitation! We are not the typical family with simple tax information and Mr. Flores personally has met with me each time I am scheduled in his office whether it is to drop off paperwork or to go over what is needed when wrapping up and filing with the IRS. He gives you the capability of being able to rest easy knowing that he has explained everything to you in a way you can understand, and also guarantees his work if any problems do arise and takes care of them as quickly as possible. I recommend Mr. Flores personally to all of my friends and colleagues as I know that when he is handling something, they are for sure in good hands!

Seemed like a nice guy on initial conversation but I got dragged out with automated replies only to be ghosted after giving access to all my tax and book keeping information.

Mr.Flores and his team has been nothing but great with helping set up and do all my taxes for both my personal life as well as my business taxes. I would definitely recommend Mr.Flores and his team if you need help with complicated tax issues or questions.

Ive called this office about 6 months ago and left a VM to call me back for services. Never got a call back. I just called again and no answer. So far my experience is that they never answer the phone.

Today was my first visit, won't be my last either. I was greated at the front door by one of his staff. Mr. Flores was easy to talk with and explains very well. I did not feel rushed. He is a kind hearted man and trustworthy in my eyes. I was treated like a human being and not some number. His office is comfortable and very clean. I left there with the confidence and security that I found a cpa that can be trusted. I'm sharing his business cards with some of my friends. I highly recommend him.I wished i had known about him years ago. He explained some things to me that I was unaware of. Like if Social Security is taking out taxes (which they shouldn't be) he can go back three years and get that money back. Now, if that's not enough to make you make an appointment ! Disregard the negative, ranting comment on here because Mr. Flores is nothing like what that person says. Make an appointment and go see him! You'll be glad you did, I promise you.

I have used the tax services of Mr. Fred Flores for the past three years. I have found Mr. Flores to be accurate, expedient and courteous in all meetings I had with his firm. His advice regarding my financial situation was better than other tax preparation services I have used in the past. I will definitely use his service again in the future. I highly recommend him. THANK YOU AGAIN !
