Great company and great team! Luis is always available to help us with all of our bookkeeping and are super easy to work with. Our company has worked with Bachleda & Rodriguez for years and they've always provided exceptional service. Highly recommend!

If I could give them negative star, I so would. You can probably can get faster service going to H & R Block. My husband and I recently moved from Grand Rapids, MI to San Antonio. We were looking for someone to prepare our 2020 tax returns and a franchise tax report for a business that has had no cash flow for the year 2020. My husband's co-worker recommended this place. It is just my husband and I, we have no kids, and we just own one home. Simple tax preparation, nothing too complicated, we thought this would be a breeze. We were soooooo wrong. We met with a guy named Luis on March 29th. He quoted us $300. They ask that you pay half at the beginning and the other half when they file your taxes. We paid the $300 in full. NEVER received a receipt! We even emailed him requesting one and never received it. It is May 13th and still no call from them to sign my supposedly completed tax return. I went to their office after having several heated calls with Luis, to pick up my documents. I am having someone else submitting my tax returns. If I was looking for someone to complete a tax return in a day this was not the place. That is not how they do business here. This is coming straight from Luis. They were decent enough to email me an apology and state that they will issue us a full refund. Trust me go elsewhere! Save yourself the headache and time.
