This is a HORRIBLE state agency! The listed local phone number is incorrect & after holding for over 5 minutes on the general info 800 #, a recording said to leave a message! This is NOT customer service, it’s a taxpayer ripoff!

Horrible. The website doesn't work. I've called multiple times just to be put on hold for hours at a time. I've talked to someone each time. When they ask ive I lost my job due to Covid19 witch I didn't. They say there going to transfer me to a specialist. So I'm guessing since I didn't loose my job do to covid I don't count. This udderly ridiculous.
