Very smooth process. I appreciate the friendliness of the gentleman that helped me this morning. Website of wait time is great also.

I had an exceptional experience with Andrew and his trainer today, window 2. My motorcycle registration has been expired for 4 years now, fault being my own for personal reasons. Anywho, even though Andrew was in training he was super helpful and got me in and out quickly! No hassle thankfully cause I had to bring my 3 month old me. In all, I'd say I was there maybe 6 mins total and I was out. Using the website to review wait times is helpful it you're trying to plan a time to go and can't make an appt.

Horrible costumer service.

The best thing about this place is the bathrooms are clean and seating is comfortable-ish. ….Because you’re going to need both the bathroom and vending machines and seating, because you’re going to be here for HOURS, when you do any sort of business in this building you should expect them to be Understaffed, slightly friendly but very controlling and proud of their jobs and their abilities to make people wait for 3 hours.. , there is an abundance of 11 desk lanes provided that were meant to help get business completed , but someone only hired only 3 slow employees of the government, meanwhile while there’s 40 people waiting in the lobby with few chairs left. Clerk staff are more concerned about lunch and where people are sitting, than providing the services needed to the people. Your typical dmv employee attitude towards the people, which seem to believe that we are here to serve them, and do things their way and they are our leaders. Enjoy coming back after a while, go take lunch, take breakfast, take a nap in your car because you won’t be leaving here for a while.

People were very kind, but clearly the few people that work there need some more training. This was my 3rd visit to this office. Visit # 1, I realized I needed paperwork I didn’t get signed for my title transfer (that was on me). Visit #2 the worker told me all I needed was a release on the lien to transfer the title. I specifically asked if that was all I needed and he said yes. I brought a copy of the lien release in for visit #3. This time I was told I needed three more pieces of documentation and originals of paperwork I had copies of. This time I got a list of everything I need for my NEXT visit in writing and the name of the person who gave me the list. I wish I could have received this information during visit #2 because not only am I incurring fees for delayed title transfer, I’m having to take off work to come in for a 4th time. This has been a frustrating process for sure.

Very slow, need more workers or switch to online registration

Made an appointment at 8am online for 8:15am vehicle registration renewal the same morning, got there at 8:20am, was taken care of with new registration out the door by 8:40am. Fastest service I've ever gotten at a government office, and the clerk was polite too. I would give them 6/5 stars if I could.

40 people 3 windows open. If we have to register in person at least have the employees to process us. Horrible

Today I went to transfer my car, the person who helped me was friendly but when I went to put the sticker on it I saw that it was from 05/2024, the same date that I went, they had already closed, now I have to lose another day, and see if there is no problem for them to give it to me again with the correct date.

Very very slow, they move like turtles

Moved my father-in-law from FL to TX. Dreaded having to start the process of registering his car. An appointment was made and we thought we had all the paperwork filled put and in order. My husband was originally going to bring him, however I ended up with the task, and we did not. Jonah was my saving grace. He explained everything we needed to do and guided me on how to rectify it. Long story short, Zoreida also worked with us to finish our day efficiently and painlessly. Both team members showed a respect and commitment to their required tasks and it was truly appreciated in today's experience.

Unreal. 12 windows, two people working, probably 40 people waiting. Love the drive through person chatting and making lengthy small talk with people while some folks have been waiting more than two hours.
