Terrible experience. Zero customer service, 90% of emails and calls go unreturned. Tax return was extended and not worked on for 7 months. They delivered return documents on the day of the final deadline with loads of inaccuracies and the wrong entity election type. Tax return is still "estimated". Van Houten is an accounting firm with zero accountability.

Poor customer service. Never saw the same person twice or dealt with the same person twice in a year and a half. Very disappointing.

Paige seems sharp and on top of things but her team is not detail oriented. They did our business taxes for a few years but eventually we had to make a change because of the lack of attention to detail.

The State notified us that our school now required we have audited financials and that we only had 20 days to complete this process or we would have be penalized with a late fee. James and Brittany came to our school, did a thorough review of all of our files, and asked all of the right questions, in a very professional and proficient way. We had the report just in time! The people who work for this firm are very easy to get along with and know what they are doing. I highly recommend them and we will be using them from now on! We were referred to them and we refer them to you!
