This 1 star is for filing my Taxes they charge me $2750 ( 2 separate fees )for small business LLC change to corporate after 6 months.so before you do it, talk about the fee. Person that did my taxes acting all busy ( if you busy hire more people that’s not my problem ) I had to remind him about stuff, doesn’t answers calls no call back late email response . They got me this time because I thought the fee is the same as previous year. For other stuff they are good.

Absolutely terrible accounting firm, don’t believe the other reviews. I hired these people in the beginning of 2020 to prepare my 2019 taxes and produce W2 forms for my employees. I prepaid them, provided ALL of the required documentation and it’s now nearly ten months out and they haven’t done anything. Literally NOTHING! Now I’m going to be facing IRS penalties! Thanks Trusted Tax! FIRED! These people are completely hands off and are not proactive in reaching out to their customers! We business owners are very busy people; we need you to be on top of things, that’s what we hire you for. Trusted tax is unreliable and disinterested in their customers… Don’t learn the hard way like I did!

I have used Trusted Tax for many years, I refer them to friends as well. I like the fact they understand real estate as I do rentals and flips. I have never had any issues and I really trust these guys.
