He is one of the best CPA in town. He does the job in the simplest way and has a great team. Extremely courteous and professional and small business friendly. He has been my CPA for over 10 years. 10/10 stars

I have been doing my taxes with Shafiq for a couple years now very easy going process, you don't need an appointment just drop off your documents and they will email you a copy of your taxes or if you want to a physical copy then you would need to call and ask when can you come pick it up.

Very very rude and inconsiderate to the consumer. Shafiq scheduled an appointment with me that I had to cancel a week in advance due to medical reasons and told me 3 weeks later "I am not interested in working with any self employed people" when I tried to reschedule. When I asked why after he agreed to see me as a 1099 employee he said "I am just not going to help you anymore" and refused to provide referrals. I only provide 2 stars because he was very affordable when I used him in 2014. I highly recommend not using his services as he will drop you if he sees fit.
