Stayed way too long here. Nita Shah would forget what we spoke about and I would have to resend emails to her over and over again. She was condescending when she was wrong and tell me I didn't understand when she was the one who was confused and not understanding. Many times, she wasn't thorough and would give me incorrect information or tell me to pay money very late when I would send her info in a timely manner. Then when she would realize she forgot to tell me something she would call me and want that information NOW. I'm still trying to figure out where $6k of my money went that I told her to pay to the IRS. When I go to look in my account with the IRS, there's no proof of my payment.
