First time user and I was impressed by his helpfulness, accuracy, and quickness. I will definitely be using Ivan’s services again next year. Thank you!

Ivan is very professional and very knowledgeable. He is always available to answer any questions I have. He got me the biggest refund I have ever had.

My experience with Ivan was extremely poor. I would STRONGLY recommend you DO NOT USE HIS SERVICE. He started off being nice and helpful but things went south very quickly. Ivan sent over the 2019 tax returns for review. There were some errors so be sure to check his work. He requested I sign the signature pages and return to him to send in the returns electronically. I ask him if they had been filed as I did not receive a confirmation number or email from the IRS. He assured me they had been filed. There is no record of my returns being filed and Ivan will not return phone calls, text messages or emails. We have gone by his office and home (which he provided to us for drop off of documents) and left notes at both locations. NOTHING! I have filed a formal complaint with the state ~ which I made him aware of and gave him plenty of time to respond. Again, NOTHING.

Have used Ivan Henson for years. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable on the tax laws. I work for myself, Ivan doesn't just look at my tax return and process. He looks at the big picture of how he can help me now and in the future. He cares overall about his clients and helping them meet their financial goals.
