We had a fabulous experience working with Catey today! She helped us resolve multiple issues in QuickBooks that we had been struggling with, and she did it quickly and efficiently. Her knowledge and attention to detail was impressive, and she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend The Bookkeeping Station to anyone needing bookkeeping services. We will definitely be using her services again!

Catey has been the missing piece for my business! Since she has taken over the accounts, they are organized, categorized, and easy to understand. She sends monthly reports so that I can easily see where I can cut back costs. My CPA has raved about her work; saying, "not one dollar was off, and every number was exactly where it should be!" Makes tax season SO much less of a stress season, with the exception of the payment to the irs ;) Thank you, Catey, for all that you do!

We are a small business that began to grow very rapidly and I looked to outsource our billing. I was referred to the Bookkeeping Station from one of our suppliers and it has paid off. Catey quickly figured out what we needed and and has been on top of it ever since. Thank goodness we found them.

In 2021, I decided to leave corporate America and start my own business. Little did I know, running a business is a lot different than managing my personal finances. I quickly realized I was in real trouble; trying to keep up with all of the paperwork and requirements for this business was a challenge that I would not be able to overcome on my own. After speaking with several bookkeeping services and interviewing full time bookkeepers to bring on staff, we finally found The Bookkeeping Station. We spoke directly Catey for over an hour with our concerns. Even though, at that point, we were not her client, she provided us guidance on what we could do to get us through our initial dilemma. We signed up for her service the very next day. Choosing The Bookkeeping Station to manage our books, was one of the single best decisions we made for our business. Catey has freed up a substantial amount of time, so we can focus on growing our business. In addition, her delivery method for our monthly P&L / financial statements is best in class. She provides insights into the numbers and points us to areas of concerns and delivers an instructional video each month. As you can tell, we cannot recommend her enough. If you want a best in class bookkeeping service, than The Bookkeeping Station is the company for you.
