I turned to David for bookkeeping and tax planning after experiencing poor customer service with my previous CPA, clearly communicating to him that I left my former CPA due to their lack of follow-up and service. I signed the engagement letter on 7/18, provided my credit card information the week of 8/19, and sent an email on 8/28 confirming that I had submitted my payment details to his clerk. Despite this, I received no confirmation or acknowledgment from David regarding my email or payment details. By 9/4, I reached out again, expressing concerns about the lack of communication and how I felt as though I wasn’t being prioritized as a new client. Unfortunately, this went unanswered. On 9/7, I decided to end our engagement due to the complete lack of response and unprofessional behavior. Even now, I've received no explanation for the silence after all the enthusiasm he initially showed. This experience was a total disappointment and waste of time.

The CPA I have been using for over twenty years changed companies several years ago and started working for David Kesel. I’ve stayed with Stacy and now I get the same great service at a much better price. They are extremely thorough and knowledgeable and have taken very good care of all my tax needs even when I forget filing dates and such they’re always on the ball looking out for me. I highly recommend them!
