I can’t imagine anyone having less than a 5 star experience with Brad and his office staff. I’ve been a client for almost a decade as a business owner. I have had to call them for last minute questions many times over the years and he always provides prompt advice and does a great job with my business and personal taxes. I highly recommend Brad and his staff!

Girl on phone stated he would give me an hour to go over my taxes indorthen deciding he is willing to file for me. Very rude and shady. I am not wasting an hour just to walk away and find someone else

This is my first year to use Smith CPA and I extremely impressed. I have used other services but non were as seamless. I have recommend him to other family and friends also. Very one is polite and professional. Any questions were answered and returned quickly. I will be using them again next year!

Brad Smith has been my CPA for the last 8 years, and I couldn't be happier with him. He's almost always available to discuss my taxes over the phone or through email. And he gets my taxes done on time and at a reasonable price. His office even handles some of my bookkeeping now. Prior to Brad, I went through three different CPAs who either didn't return my calls, were disorganized or overcharged. I definitely appreciate the service I'm getting with Brad and plan to stick with him long-term. I would highly recommend him. P.S. I'm from Lubbock but live in Houston, and having a remotely-located accountant hasn't been an issue at all.
