Yes first they do not pick the phone and reply to the phone calls, Even if they pick the call accidently they say will call back but never call back... Not a very good way of doing business with them. I have number of email to show and call logs to pass on to the management...Referred one of my friend but he said the same and stopped calling them to give business...worst service and no customer care.
