my father and i have been coming to Allison for years, he has been working with her for over 22 years and every year we always satisfied. She does every by the T and is very understanding. when i first came to her i didn't know what to do at all and she explained everything and helped me out. if you ever have questions she's always open to answer. my dad has been coming back to her year after year because he know his business is in great hands.

Horrible been waiting a weeks just to get some type of info blonde older tax lady (ALLISON) said she would get back with me and never got back with me. Also she was kind of rude to me being that I didn't really know much about filing my taxes.. instead of helping I felt like she just didn't want to deal.. which is fine but TELL ME don't have me thinking your going to give me a call & dont call at all that's not professional at all. Seems to me they pick and choose who they want to work with. I would take my tax elsewhere for sure.. it's so many tax offices.. this one is just a NO for me do not recommend. Have to watch how you treat people good customer service goes a long way.. I could've promoted this business but instead I will expose It, I'm SURE she don't treat everyone like that. It's nothing to give someone a call and update the client on what's going on so i can file. And I seen one self employed review saying that she didn't know much about anything and the tax lady was very helpful in getting things in order.. sad to say I didn't receive that same customer service. Now they are saying they have no records of me in their system 😂😂 should I post the 7 min call I had with the tax lady ? Should I post the video of me going into the office?? I filled out a whole sheet . This lady don't take accountability. But see I have 40k followers on social media.. so should've thought before you said any of that ! 🤣 So I never came into your office? Your desk is on the right side when you first walk in.. got boxes of coffee and a Keurig to the right as well. Please don't act like you don't have any records I will have a tik tok influencer make a video on your business.. and post about your business on my account as well. So please don't lie. Karma is real though rather I post a video or not your business will go downhill, you don't treat people like that. Only want to work with certain people that's crazy. Even more reason to NOT take your taxes to this place they clearly LIKE TO LIE WHY TRUST SOMEONE WHO LIES ABOUT SMALL THINGS.. ESPECIALLY WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND YOUR MONEY
