I was referred to Del, at Husted Tax Defense by a close friend that knows him very well and when I spoke to Del about my IRS issue with an Offer In Compromise I was going through, he gladly discussed (Initial free consultation) the IRS rules and procedures and the paths that one can take to a resolution. Because my OIC was initially denied, Del took a look at my documents, noticed the discrepancies and was able to discuss the best strategy. He gave me a choice of how I wanted to proceed and when I decided what was best for me, he did all the leg work to make sure my financials were in order. When I re-filed my request, the IRS sent me back a response stating that everything was in order and my OIC was approved. In fact, the IRS even sent me a refund for amounts that I overpaid during the process. Thank you Del for all the hard work you put into helping my husband and me.
