I was supposed to have an appointment with Natalie at 6:00 pm, I arrive and there are many people waiting after 10 minutes, someone shows up at the window and I tell them that I have an appointment with Natalie at 6:00, this person told me They are late, I have to wait at least an hour, after 2 hours they finally call me by my last name and when I am giving him my papers and my information someone comes in and tells him that there is another person before me with the same last name, like this I have to go out and keep waiting, Nataly promises me that she will finish quickly with this person and that she will attend to me right away, when she finally finishes with this person, what is my surprise that instead of calling me they put another person in my place,, So I couldnt take it anymore and I asked them for all my papers, because they had kept my papers because they would attend to me right away. When I ask for my papers they return them to me as if nothing happened and they dont even offer an apology for all their delay. and their errors, I definitely do not recommend them and if they had a rating less than zero I would gladly give it to them 😡😡😡
