doesnt even deserve 1 star, Becky is NEVER there, NEVER answered my calls or texts for a year, which resulted in my 2022 taxes being a year late & when asked for my paperwork, they claimed i owed a balance when everything was paid. At this point i think they wanna just charge extra so she can go on vacation. Got text messages where for a year i got no response. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!
Great, expert, friendly service.
NEVER answer the phones, Nobody is ever there. Becky is ALWAYS out or on vacation.
