Called to inquire on services earlier in the tax season and more recently. Whomever I spoke with did not give a name either time, but was not very friendly or helpful. She was very cut and dry, didn’t seem to want our business or new clients.

Best tax people I have ever used in 20 years I tried H&R Block beforehand got over $1000 more and Integrity and charge to less to file taxes extremely friendly people very professional

Set two appointments both times they said I didn't have one. Kathy is a family friend have always used her no complaints. Stephanie is the lady we dropped our taxes off too last Sat 4-16 she was very rude and unpleasant. I've left over 6 messages no calls back.

Very efficient. Used them for 3 years now with excellent results. 👌 Just wanted to update. This recent filing was not a 5 star. Was contacted by IRS due to missing forms that were given to Integrity but not a sent in to IRS! Doesn't seem informed with Adoption tax. We will not use Integrity for future filings after IRS requested missing forms we had given to Integrity. We had to request 2nd copies since forms were misplaced by Integrity. Not what it use to be.
