I highly advise never doing business with Alfredo Robledo CPA. Main St. Grapevine TX He was paid to prepare my 2023 Individual 1099 Federal Tax Return. He was supplied with my six pieces of tax information to process and calculate my return. My return was e filed in 02/24. Charged me $400. His calculation was that I was owed a refund of $2714. Great! Unfortunately his service of preparing my 1099 form was inadequate, and incorrect. Instead, because of his inability to do my taxes correctly I paid over $1100 dollars that was OWED to the IRS. How can there be such a discrepancy? My return wasn’t difficult for a CPA. April, May, June July, no refund??? I began to investigate. Only by my own diligence I was able to obtain the correct information. Math Errors on my submitted 1099 form. When questioning Mr. Robledo, he only had one answer that qualified his mistakes. “Possibly I didn’t receive an update on my software” then referred me to the tax payer advocate service. After charging me an absorbent amount, he never even offered to figure out why my refund never came. When finally receiving a letter in the mail from the IRS, I copied him hoping for his help. He did FAX the IRS asking for clarification under my multiple continuous requests. However admission on his behalf of his created mistakes never came. Mr Robledo never offered to redo and send an amended version. All results of no refund was all on me. I advise you not to do any business this CPA. His high cost of service for a single person’s 1099 return, Not to mention his inaccurate ability to get my taxes done correctly!! It would have been a good gesture that he offer to refund my cost for his incompetent service. It was his mistake that caused me to incur additional fees upon my discussion with the IRS for my payment due. I would have been understanding if initially I owed. However I assumed that his calculations were correct. I was to receive $2714 in a refund. He would like you to think it was my mistake, unfortunately I’m not a professional CPA that does this for a living. That’s why I relied upon his qualifications. Evidently I assumed wrong. Again, do not hire this CPA, Alfredo Robledo to do anything financially related for you. It’s very unprofessional that he is not willing to take responsibility for his actions . Tracy Cauchois.

Alfredo is great as a cpa . He will understand your problem 100%, he try all possible options to do the best returns . He is also very knowledgeable in any aspect of tax /accounting /401k/ira. I highly recommend Alfredo for your tax need

Alfredo is absolutely incredible! Wife and I have been searching for a 'forever accountant' for over a decade. We've seen tons and Alfredo tops them all by leaps and bounds. Very informative, helpful at every turn, and leaves no question unanswered. I'm beyond positive our financial situation would be entirely different with Alfredo's guidance from the beginning. I have worked with Alfredo for the past two years, and he has been so great and easy to work with. He addressed all my concerns and answered any questions that I had. I’ve been working with Mr. Alfredo Robledo’s office for more than 7 years and he’s proven a to be an excellent CPA and I highly recommend him. He is enthusiastic and energetic, pays attention to details and focuses on the client’s best interest. I find that he is not only thorough but so easy to work with and always willing to discuss any concerns and answer any tax/financial questions during the year. His office staff are very professional, knowledgeable and always supportive.
