Wow, I'm been very pleased with Associate Tax Office. I've had them do my taxes here since I think 1998 or so. It definitely been a very Long time. Since then I've had about 4 different ladies there do my taxes but now for the past 15 years I've sorta found my favorite. The staff all know me and their all friendly.👍😊

I do not recommend them the first time to process my Irina numbers and taxes and the whole process was bad, they did not ask me for the necessary information and they denied me the Itin numbers of my wife and my Girls and the tax process was still done wrong, yet they charge expensive, they dont know how to do their job, their 27 years of experience is of no use to them 👎 I had to go to a highly recommended person and pay again but they did my procedure at 💯 and they explained everything to me that they didnt do

I came to this place because a family member had referred me to file there. I guess this place steals people’s money if you’re not well known there because several people were only charged $80 while I was charged $187. Later on I get a letter saying that I had owed state taxes because they did not file those there. I called this place to ask why I was being charged for not paying the balance, they basically said it would cost another $20 if I needed to do state taxes, that they don’t do that for me unless I asked. These people should be ashamed of themselves, so unprofessional!

Worst place ever. I went in on Saturday morning they’re suppose to open at 10 am and had us waiting outside for 30 minutes until they come to open the door. I don’t see why you make an appointment when in reality you will not be having one at your desired time. Didn’t get seated down until approximately 10:35-10:40. I do not recommend to anyone unless you want to be there waiting all day.

I have been going to this office for over 10 years and have never had any issues and nothing but the best treatment with a smile. I just love them and I drive an hour to make sure they are the only ones who do my taxes...
