I only wished that we came to New Horizons Tax Services years ago, they made it so easy! They are so friendly and informative. Michelle is outstanding in the preparation of our taxes! They communicated with us every step of the way with excellent customer service. I definitely would recommend them highly! New Horizons Tax Services will be doing our taxes in the future, they will be our ONLY tax service we will ever use.

Like I said if you needed a payment to be made you should have said something March 12 when you claimed to have sent it off. Why say you require a deposit in May which is past the deadline! You are a fraud! You have done nothing to help my situation I did all the work with the advocate on my case so to even bring that up is out of line. Youfinally offered assistance the last week of April. 2 months after the fact! Terrible! DO NOT use this fraudulent tax preparer. And you aren’t working for free if you taking 1300 out of the return. Just greed!

I love doing my taxes with Michelle and her staff; it’s quick and easy, they are welcoming and I always have a good experience with New Horizons. I have been a client since 2018 and there was a time where I had a difficult year but they managed to help me out. She is the best to get the money we deserve. 100% recommended specially if you’re having some issues with the IRS.
