Overall I believe that my taxes were done accurately. That being said, they have terrible customer service. During my scheduled "consultation" Mr. Dunn was condescending and rude. I am an accountant, not a CPA, so I am well informed on my tax situation. I spent a total of 10minutes telling Mr. Dunn what my situation was and what needed to be filed. He told me I needed to get certain forms to him and that was it. He then asked me to sign a form without explaining what was actually on it. I will admit that I did not read this form and signed it anyway. Come to find out this form locks you in with their firm and you cannot file your taxes elsewhere. They also don't give you an accurate cost for filing your taxes. I had to ask Mr. Dunn and he simply told me it would cost between 200-300. It ended up costing 315$. He also told me that they would be done in a few days a week at the most. It took them 2 weeks. Because it took them so long I tried to go elsewhere to get them done faster and cheaper. I found somewhere cheaper but because I had signed that form I was forced to to go with this place. Definitely not worth better. I recommend paying the 40$ and going with turbotax.
