We have not done our taxes with someone in a long time but this was the year, from setting the appt was easy. Appt reminders, sending forms of what to expect with checklits of forms of items to complete to help keep it easy upon arrival. He takes the time to explain some easy deductions for us for 2024 to help for next year. We were in and out less than an hour. Refund thank goodness vs owing, which is what we all could always ask for considering the times we live in. If you are on the fence do it. Special LEO worksheet very helpful, will be back next year.

I have been going to Rick for many years after having problems with another CPA in Pearland. Rick got everything straightened out for us and we have been with him ever since. My husband and I both trusted him completely. His staff is very friendly, helpful and professional.

I had paid Rick to prepare my taxes in 2018. I came to the appointment with all the documents needed to submit as income for that year and was told they weren’t needed for the submission. 3 years later the irs contacted me claiming I owe money from unclaimed income on my taxes the year 2018. When I presented the problem to the office and after multiple attempts to get some answers “Pearland booking” told me just to pay the tax, claimed I never showed the required documents, offering no assistance or recognition to the mistake made.
