Manjula took our mess of a tax return (filed by another accountant) straightened it out, thoroughly explained everything, and filed the amended return. She also offered advice on how we can save on next year’s taxes. Quite a relief! Knowledgeable and caring. We will be back next year!

Taxes from 2021 and 2022 were messed up and had me owing $7000 to the IRS. I took them to Manjula who fixed all the errors and re-filed them. Just got a letter from the IRS. Now they owe me $100. Manjula is super knowledgeable and easy to work with. Her fees are definitely reasonable, and she is great at communication. Thank you, Manjula, for your great work.

My personal opinion, you decide for you. Unacceptable level of communication. Unable to get a response from her via phone, voice, text or numerous emails for a number of weeks. sometimes no response at all. This communication gap might have been a result of culture gap, political gap, social gap, gender gap, generation gap, or simply a personality conflict. On another note, she promised she will do a research for me about minor custodian account taxation. Later, she gave me the runaround, put me on hold for weeks, if not months, never did the research and never gave me the answer I was looking for.

I have dealt with a lot of CPAs, she is one of the best. She is very thoruogh, very knowledgeable about taxes etc especially with small businesses, very friendly and goes above and beyond her means to help explain tax loopholes. Highly recommendeded!

This was my first time to use Ms. Manjula Modi’s services to file my 2022 tax return. Earlier, I was getting my taxes done by a Franchise and was not quite satisfied with it. I googled a bit and decided to go to Ms. Manjula Modi. This turned out to be an excellent decision. I was very happy to work with her because she knows what information was needed in order to file my tax return correctly and accurately. My tax return was carefully prepared and filed in a very reasonable timeframe. Manjula answered the phone right away when I called her in a panic after receiving a letter from the IRS. She said I could come to see her that same day. She immediately put my mind at ease and we sent an amended return with corrected information to the IRS within a week. I had a bad experience with my previous tax rep. As a result, my taxes were late and I was freaking out a bit. I met with Manjula and she completed my taxes within a week of our first meeting. She is very knowledgeable (she used to work for the IRS). She walked me through all the deductions, gave me the why behind my deductions (or lack thereof) and was careful to make sure I did not give the IRS any yellow or red flags. All this at half the price of my previous tax rep who wasnt half as good as Manjula. She is going to help me set my businesses up so that I pay even less taxes next year. She is worth all 5 of these stars and more.
