These people take you round and round in an effort to exasperate you. They figure they will wear you out so eventually you forget that money was paid and they have done nothing to work on what a naive person believed could be done. They take money from older adults who regrettably had no clue and believed the empty promises. No services rendered or no longer needed. Do not believe when they say they will work on legal matters. Next stop -- Better Business Bureau and Texas State Bar to include any attorney names used to say they provide legal services.

They charge hundreds of dollars, plus there's a brunette lady who is super rude to people talking bad to them or making faces. I feel so bad for the people who do not know how to read just a little bit their w2 because these people take advantage of them and rob them easily. They say they care about you when all they do is care about themselves. Do your taxes anywhere else but in this place, some places charge less than them or even for free for students, some other resources like turbotax are free and way better, faster and much secure than this place.
