I had the pleasure of working with Cynthia. She was quick and easy. Got me a refund when I wasn’t expecting one. She’s friendly and knowledgeable.

Excellent place to make your annual declaration, very attentive, fast and professional. Apart from the good service, they gave me a discount.

I see a few negative reviews about this business. I have been in El Paso since 2015 and this is the only tax office that I use. The prices are reasonable and she gives me a discount. She is also very knowledgeable in her job. Because I no longer have to file personal taxes, I do have to file for my business and I will continue to go to this place of business for my taxes. Excellent

Very bad service, they don’t communicate with you and I had my information entered incorrectly, and I never had or haven’t had anyone reach out to me about a correction and it’s already been over a month. This company is terrible.

Everyone, Please be careful with this company. They will charge you over a thousand dollars for their service. If you do decide to get your taxes done here, that’s fine. Just be careful, for the extreme prices and hidden fees… Double Check before you sign anything…

Worse service not friendly at all, not helpful in any form very unfriendly. Will never return nor recommend. No advise I had to do all the talking and ask questions. So sad a waste of time, it looked like the lady just wanted to get rid of me. If I could give it zero stars I would.
